Contributing to ICPR
is easy and you have many different sponsorship levels and options to choose from:
1. Sponsor a conference event:
Sponsor many of the different events throughout the conference. Some of the higher profile events would be the Opening Ceremony, and the Awards Ceremony.
2. Sponsor one of the many conference coffees:
Breaks and/or exhibit hall breaks- New this year are Exhibit Hall cocktail hours and Exhibit Hall Lunches to increase the flow of Hall traffic. Sponsor one of these events and increase your visibility in the exhibit hall.
You can either sponsor the entire event or become a partial sponsor of one or more events:
3. Donate money to support the ICPR5 conference and ICPR5 will help increase your visibility! Depending on the amount donated,
ICPR
will be sure to place pads, pens, rulers and other conference accessories with your companies name on it around the conference; either in rooms, the tote bag or at the registration desk.
All Sponsors will be recognized in the final program and exhibit guide. Event Sponsors will also be recognized on signage in front of the Registration Desk leading into the exhibit hall, as well as at the sponsored event. Please refer to the next page for all the different sponsorship options.
Monetary Donations:
Any amount of monetary donations can be made to support the conference instead of sponsoring a specific event.
ICPR5 will thank you for your donation by placing different conference materials like pens, pads, rulers, etc. will be placed throughout the conference rooms and exhibit halls with your company name or logos on them. Your will also receive recognition in the Final program and on your name badge.
