Each civilization gifts its various and especial findings to the Humane Societies in any historical period and always a part of them - having more effective role – is recognized as the symbol of that civilization. Reflecting a little upon today increasingly promoting civilization, we will come to this fact that “Inevitable International Relations” is regarded as the most prominent feature and true symbol of civilizations. For this reason, the level of success and credit of any society is evaluated by the International interaction level standard of that society and ultimately in a global universality and in this highly fluctuating phase in which thought and wisdom can more than any other tool remove the existing challenges, the determinative role of International Public Relations appears with valuable scientific support and various capabilities.  

The residents of the Global Public Relations Village believe that no institute enjoy such a serious and extensive social responsibility which is able to present fundamental and fortuitous changes to the Human Society and it is this exceptional opportunity that has brought it into focus of the theoreticians of social sciences , particularly communication knowledge. Therefore, public relations is able to play a paving-way and progressive role in different areas. It seems that esteeming this modern scientific phenomenon in public and private sectors in any country and increasingly investment in this profession- which needs the multilateral supports by governments- is absolutely necessary for promotion of national and international goals. Hence, recruiting expert manpower in this very important institute and equipping them with the latest findings of Public Relations for expanding this field of study in all universities and generally promoting Public Relations culture is one of the press needs of today societies.

In such condition, we are assured that by paving the ground for promoting Public Relations status in national and international areas, the goal of “Promoting Public Relations, Global Alliance”- this age-old wish of nations- will be materialized.
